These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bsfworks.com (the “Site”), operated by BSF LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About BSF Works

BSF Works is the public-facing brand of BSF LLC. Through this Site, we share information about our company and our products. Our products, currently Renood and Miss Rosie, are governed by their own product-specific terms and end-user license agreements:

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BSF LLC. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after any revision means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
