How do I request a feature or report a bug?

Email us at support@bsfworks.com with the app name in the subject line. When reporting bugs, include screenshots and your device or OS version. It helps us reproduce and fix things faster.

How long does it take to hear back?

We aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays. Beta apps (like Miss Rosie) sometimes take a little longer if we need to investigate.

Can I delete my account or my child’s account?

Yes. Each app has an in-app account-deletion option. You can also email support@bsfworks.com with "Account Deletion" in the subject line. We process deletion requests within 30 days, sooner where possible.

How do I get my data?

Export and access requests can be made via support@bsfworks.com. We’ll respond within 30 days with a copy of the personal information we hold.
